Carol Herdman

Partner

Carol spent her earliest years in Denver, Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming, but moved to Dublin, Ohio when she was five years old. She attended The Ohio State University, majoring in International Studies, before attending Capital University Law School.

During law school, Carol was a staff member of the Capital University Law Review and participated in numerous externships, including a clerkship with the Federal District Court in the Southern District of Ohio. Carol was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2011.

Carol currently lives near Clintonville with her husband, two loyal dogs, and one adventurous cat.

As a partner at Herdman Yeager, LLC, Carol represents injured workers in hearings before the Industrial Commission and assists with appeals in both the Ohio Courts of Common Pleas and the Tenth District Court of Appeals. Carol also represents claimants seeking Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits at all levels—from initial applications for benefits to appeals before the Social Security Administration and United States District Courts. Carol can assist State of Ohio employees with their disability benefits at the administrative level, Tenth District Court of Appeals, and Ohio Supreme Court.

Carol Herdman

Christopher Yeager

Chris was born in Columbus, Ohio, and graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2006.

In law school, Chris was a managing editor of The Ohio State University Law Journal, and was active in the college's legal clinic. Prior to attending law school, Chris graduated from Ohio Northern University with a degree in criminal justice.

He currently lives in Powell with his wife and daughter.

As a partner at Herdman Yeager, LLC, Chris brings more than 12 years of experience representing injured workers throughout the state of Ohio. Chris devotes his time to hearings before the Industrial Commission as well as arguing appeals before both the Ohio Courts of Common Pleas and the Tenth District Court of Appeals. He is admitted to the Ohio Bar and is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice, Columbus Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.
